Eliza J. Nash

Eliza has worked with international students and visitors in Tuscany since 2003. With more than twenty years of experience in facilitating intercultural encounters and being based in Italy, Eliza brings local expertise and practical knowledge to endeavors involving Italy and Europe. Eliza attended Mount Holyoke College obtaining a B.A. in Art History, and holds a Master from the Università degli Studi di Siena in Food & Wine Tourism and Marketing.

Mike Manchester

Mike is originally from Denver, Colorado.  He attended Lewis and Clark College, earning a B.A. in Communications. He has been working with students in Siena since 2004 and has lived in Siena since 2002. Currently Mike works on-site in Siena for students coordinating service-learning experiences and home0-stays for students on the programs.  Mike is also the Italy Country Director for Walking Tree Travel/Smithsonian Student adventures. He has experience as a translator for the AC Siena professional soccer team and as an English language teacher for children ranging from kindergarten through high school. Roni Kennison

Roni Kennison is a founding partner of Nove Education and brings a deep background in international education, global program facilitation, and U.S.–based administrative support for study abroad initiatives. She holds a B.A. in History from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.

With a long-standing connection to Italy and extensive experience working with international partners, Roni supports cultural exchange and education-focused programs alongside a broader portfolio of professional and entrepreneurial activities. She lives and works in Dallas, Texas.
